Processing Time

As soon as you place your order, processing starts. This process usually takes 1-3 business days, excluding weekends or holidays. If we foresee a longer lead time, we will notify you as early as possible.

Shipping Times

After your order is processed, estimated shipping times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (US): 3-5 business days
  • International Shipping: 7-14 business days

Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary. Once your package is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email, enabling you to track your package online.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. Creative WaterWorks cannot be held responsible for issues related to incorrect or incomplete addresses. In such cases, you will need to coordinate directly with the carrier to resolve the issues.

International Shipping

International orders are subject to customs and duties fees upon arrival. All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require us to state the value of your order directly on your package, and the value is the retail cost. Creative WaterWorks cannot mark any package as a "Gift" in order to avoid customs and duties fees.

Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion.

Delivery Issues

If you encounter any issues with your delivery, such as not receiving your package despite the tracking information showing that it has been delivered, please contact us immediately at danksterman@gmail.com. We will do our best to assist you, but Creative WaterWorks cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
